PVBC Ride Thread Policy
The Ride thread is kept focused so ride leaders can quickly see who is joining and communicate important updates during a ride. Please follow these guidelines:
DO post in the Ride thread
- If you will be joining the posted ride
- If you need to cancel after previously posting you would be joining
- During the ride, if you need to leave early
- During the ride, if you have a mechanical issue or become separated from the group
DO NOT post in the Ride thread
- That you will not be joining, unless you previously posted and need to cancel
- Photos
- General or unrelated messages
We limit posts in this thread to keep it uncluttered and easy to follow. While we follow a "no rider left behind" approach, the group can sometimes get separated — when that happens, this is the place to check in or share important updates.
